Well, we've been to see our new house again, it's almost all done, we've had the mortgage offer and our buyer is paying his cash tomorrow to his solicitor.
If the solicitors can tie it all up we're moving on 30th Jan. 3 weeks yesterday.
Maybe I'd better start to pack. I've done a teeny bit, time to get serious.
This is suddenly scarily real. I was sitting on J's sofa in my new house yesterday trying to envisage living there, we pootled into Huddersfield for the afternoon to check out the shops, and this morning we tried a church.
When I got back to Sunderland the phone rang almost immediately and it was our buyer wanting us to move out as soon as possible and telling me about handing his cash over.
Definitely time to think of a new blog title. No sea in Kirklees.

Currently Reading:
- Being ill has meant that I've finally started reading 'Deathly Hallows' which someone gave me a copy of months ago when it was released but I really couldn't be bothered with yet another 600 pages of Harry - so I just read the end ;-) I'm so flippin' bored now I've been in the house for a fortnight that when I'm sitting down but not asleep and the kids are otherwise occupied I've been reading whatever I can get my hands on. And actually it's ok, I'm getting into it.
Currently in Car CD Player:
- Mamma Mia Soundtrack from the fabulous !! Meryl Streep film which I went to see twice - and I'm not a cinema person at all so that shows you I must have liked it!
