Pelvic Floor

Never let it be said that mothers of four children have weak pelvic floors and are always rushing to the loo. Today I made it to 10.45 am before getting around to it, when toddlers was nearly finished, after going at 10.15pm before bed. I just didn't have time before that!

And I didn't even wet myself :-)))
